The 2nd IQC meeting strengthened KIET’s quality foundation as Prof. Dr. Sajida Parveen presented measurable progress in academic programs and compliance with RIPE standards, ensuring evidence-based reporting, operational efficiency, and alignment with HEC scorecard indicators.

2nd IQC Meeting Summary

The 2nd meeting of the Institutional Quality Committee (IQC) was conducted to review institutional compliance with Higher Education Commission (HEC) quality assurance frameworks. The committee evaluated the implementation status of previously approved action plans and assessed departmental performance based on defined quality indicators. Key discussions focused on strengthening internal quality assurance systems, standardization of academic and administrative documentation, enhancement of teaching–learning processes, and alignment of institutional practices with HEC guidelines and accreditation requirements.
