KIET and University of Mirpurkhas Sign MoU for Academic and Research Collaboration
Karachi, 18 November 2025:
Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (KIET) and The University of Mirpurkhas (UMPK) have formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening academic collaboration, research cooperation, and joint capacity-building initiatives.
The partnership, initiated and facilitated by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at KIET, emphasizes faculty development, joint research, and deeper academic collaboration between the two institutions. The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Tariq Jalees, Acting Registrar KIET, and Dr. Pir Suhail Ahmed Sarhandi, Registrar UMPK, in the presence of senior leadership from KIET.
